This 2 bedroom, 2 bath with 2 parking spots in the Ford Lofts condominium building in downtown Omaha just came on the market and will most likely be sold within 2 weeks. Two bedroom condos usually sell quicker then one bedrooom units because of the need for an office/storage/hobby/guest area. Even though a one bedroom unit may have a larger living room area the need for that second private space seems to be important. Last year about 60% of the condos sold were 2 bedroom units but if more 2 bedroom units were available in the low $200,000 price range then that number would be closer to 85%.
One bedroom condos for sale downtown are more popular if there square footage is less than 900 sqft because then the smaller space is less expensive opening it up to more buyers. There really does seem to be something for everyone when it comes to condos, townhomes & flats for sale downtown Omaha.
