In a nutshell, Park Plaza Condos was a great place for my daughter to live while she was attending Creighton Medical School. It was close to school and offered great security. The monthly condo payment was far less than renting an apartment. Even though the real estate market was off when my daughter graduated, the Condo was easy to rent and it pays for itself.

I moved into Park Plaza in Jan. 2007, and it's been an exceptionally enjoyable maintenance-free condo living experience ever since. I've mostly appreciated the location and the value of living in revitalized midtown. You can walk across the street to enjoy the dining and entertainment of Midtown Crossing, or make the minute drive to downtown for events at the Qwest Center or the Old Market. It’s very calming to know that each day I’ll never had to worry about parking, safety, shoveling snow or mowing. For anyone who works or attends Creighton, UNO, Offutt AFB, or Mutual of Omaha, you couldn't have a better place to invest and live than Park Plaza. Having quiet and friendly neighbors should not be understated. I've enjoyed my time at Park Plaza and recommend anyone to become a homeowner and neighbor.
